our policy
Delivery Policy
Delivery fees are based on distance and shown at checkout. A responsible adult must be present during delivery and pickup. Delivery timing may vary due to traffic or operational needs.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
• Cancellations 48+ hours before rental date → Full deposit refund • Cancellations less than 48 hours → Deposit may be forfeited • Weather-related cancellations may be credited for a future date
Damage & Deposit Policy
Security deposit is fully refundable if items are returned clean and undamaged. Repair or replacement costs will be deducted for damage or loss. Additional charges may apply if costs exceed deposit.
Cleaning & Return Policy
Items must be returned in clean condition. Cleaning fees apply if equipment is returned excessively dirty. Event items (tents, tables, chairs) are cleaned by us after pickup.
Weather & Safety Policy
Outdoor equipment must be monitored at all times. PVM Rentals may refuse setup or remove tents early if weather becomes unsafe. Customer is responsible for minimizing damage during storms or high winds.
Liability Policy
PVM Rentals is not responsible for:
• Injuries
• Accidents
• Property damage that occur during rental use or installation.
Renter assumes full responsibility for safe operation of equipment.
Late Return Policy
Late returns are charged at 25% of the daily rental rate per day. Persistent late returns may affect future rentals.
Identification Policy
Valid government-issued ID required. Booking name must match ID at delivery/pickup.
