
REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
Booking Deposit
A $50 deposit is required to secure all bookings. This deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances and is applied toward the total rental cost.
Remaining Balance
The remaining balance must be paid on the day of setup, prior to delivery and installation. Failure to pay may result in cancellation of the booking with no refund.
Cancellations
Cancellations made at any time will result in forfeiture of the $50 deposit. Cancellations within ___ days of the event date may be subject to additional charges. Same-day cancellations or failure to be ready for setup will result in no refund.
Weather Policy
All rentals are rain or shine. No refunds will be issued due to weather conditions. If PVM Rentals cancels due to unsafe conditions, a reschedule or refund (excluding deposit) may be offered.
Setup Issues (Customer Responsibility)
No refunds will be issued if the setup area is not ready, access is not available, or conditions prevent safe installation. A $50 deposit is required to secure all bookings. This deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances and is applied toward the total rental cost.
Security Deposit
Security deposits are separate from rental fees. Refunds are issued after inspection. Deductions may be made for damage, missing items, cleaning, or delays.
No Exceptions Policy
All customers agree to these terms at the time of booking. No exceptions will be made outside of what is stated above.
